A traditional way of brewing that’s still common in the Middle East and North Africa, heating the coffee repeatedly helps you extract extra flavour. And, if you’ve ever wanted to try reading your future in the coffee grounds, now’s your big chance.
What you’ll need:

Cold tap water

Very finely ground coffee

Sugar (preferably raw)
How to make the perfect arabikst brew:
- Boil the sugar and water in a small saucepan.
- Mix in the coffee and stir until the coffee begins to boil.
- As soon as the coffee rises to the surface, remove from the heat. Repeat this process twice.
- Pour into the cups and serve. Allow the grounds to sink to the bottom before drinking.
