Gluten-Free Sticky Chocolate Cake
A perfect, delicious, and gooey sticky chocolate cake with frosting and a delightful coffee flavor.

Instructions
For the cake
- Preheat the oven to 175°C
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the chocolate until smooth
- Mix in the sugar and eggs, one at a time
- Grease the sides of a springform pan (28 cm in diameter) and line the bottom with parchment paper
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for 15 minutes
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely
- Release the cake from the pan and transfer it to a tray lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap
Frosting
- Heat the cream in a saucepan and stir in the chocolate until smooth
- Stir in the butter, coffee, and syrup, and spread the mixture over the cake
- Let the cake set in the refrigerator before serving
