Gluten-Free Sticky Chocolate Cake

A perfect, delicious, and gooey sticky chocolate cake with frosting and a delightful coffee flavor.

Instructions

For the cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the chocolate until smooth
  3. Mix in the sugar and eggs, one at a time
  4. Grease the sides of a springform pan (28 cm in diameter) and line the bottom with parchment paper
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for 15 minutes
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely
  7. Release the cake from the pan and transfer it to a tray lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap

Frosting

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan and stir in the chocolate until smooth
  2. Stir in the butter, coffee, and syrup, and spread the mixture over the cake
  3. Let the cake set in the refrigerator before serving
